100% of the owed amount is to be paid up front in full before any session takes place. Payment is due ahead of time of your session. We don’t accept medical aid since our work does not include medical or psychological treatment.
The client must notify us in writing (email or text acceptable) no less than [24] hours prior to the session, in order to reschedule the appointment or to receive a full refund. All sessions missed or not cancelled within this time frame will be charged in full.
We will provide our banking details once we receive a request.
